Despatch Time

When will my order be sent out?

Typical despatch times:
Unpainted kits - 3-5 days
Painted RTR models - 7-10 days

Raven Kreativ is not yet big enough to be my main source of income so sadly I have to fit production around my day job. This will of course depend on the model scale and size of order - if you order more it takes longer to produce & build.

If you need your order urgently please get in touch to confirm current turnaround time, I can expedite orders if requested but this may incur an additional fee for you to jump the queue.

Delivery

What carrier/service do you use?

Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcels as standard

There are a variety of couriers available and based on my own experience with most of them I found Royal Mail to be the most consistent and reliable.

Can I get upgraded shipping?

Yes you can

There are several faster services available at additional cost, please contact me before placing your order to confirm pricing.

My item is late?

Please contact me

If your item doesn't arrive on the expected date please get in touch. Royal Mail aim to deliver second class mail in 3-5 days but will not consider an item officially "lost" for fourteen days after posting.

My item arrived damaged?

Please take pictures of it & the packaging and email me

If a parcel has arrived damaged please ensure you take pictures of it prior to opening as well as the resulting product damage as I will need this to raise a claim with the carrier. I can then organise a replacement/refund for you as quickly as possible.

Collection

I'm local or passing by, can I collect?

Yes

Collections are always welcome but since I don't operate from a retail space please contact me before placing an order to arrange this.

Can I pay cash/card on collection?

Yes
